I had to select "Rooms" as there was no option for RV spaces. Their spaces are as good as if not better than advertised. Easy to get into and easy to get out of. The facilities were spotless and there were no problems with hookups at all. There were beautiful playgrounds for kids and a dog park as well. The staff were beyond excellent! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient... We dearly loved our 5 days there!

When my now 60 year old son was about 6 we began camping on vacations as well as occasional weekends. Needless to say, we have stayed at many campgrounds and RV parks. I have never before written a review for any of those experiences but …

Beautiful little gem of a campground. Absolutely immaculate, level gravel extra large site. Easy to maneuver in park. Quiet. All campers maintained clean and well organized sites. Great location to the park and the town of Cortez with Durango about 35 miles or so away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but laundry room was impeccable. Hope to return!!

A nice, smaller RV park very close to Mesa Verde National Park. Sits along 2-lane highway, but pretty quiet all day! Very friendly staff, nice facilities and amenities. Would stay there again!

Very nice campground. It's basically right across from to entrance to mesa verde. Nice big sites and it's pretty quiet. Has a dog walking area, but it needs to be enclosed so dogs can run a bit.

While we were motorcycle tent camping, a huge thunderstorm hit. It poured for over an hour. It was one of the nastiest t-storms I have ever seen. Unfortunately, the tenting area was at the low point of the campground, and all of the runoff ended up turning the tent area into a river! Two of our tents collapse and soaked everything in them. It was a total disaster. Fortunately, the folks that ran the campground were very understanding of our very bad situation and allowed the 5 of us to spend the night in an unrented bunkhouse cabin. This really saved our bacon, as there was no way we could spend the night in our tents! Special thanks to Shelly, who gave us the cabin. I hope we didn't leave it too muddy! 5 stars to the campground and its crew. I highly recommend this campground!

The park itself is quiet but it’s located on a road that’s heavily trafficked. I was looking forward to using the hot tub but it was dirty and cloudy. There’s Wi-Fi but no internet and no LTE. Disappointed after staying at Colorado’s well maintained State Parks.

Very nice rv park. Shelly the camphost is great! All gravel park, sites level, up hill to pull thru sites. Well maintained park and quiet. Outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs are great. 1/2 mile to Mesa Verde NP park, 10 miles to the town of Cortez. Would recommend a stay here.
